Sir Paz Estate

Sir Paz Estate is an award-winning winery located in Wandin East that is home to some of the regions most amazing wines.

The property was established in 1997 and has since grown in popularity to have one of the region’s most popular cellar doors.

Its picturesque location affords stunning views of the valley as it sits at 852 feet above sea level. On arrival at the estate, owners welcome visitors to the cool-climate vineyard for an unforgettable experience. The family-run establishment boasts the planting of Shiraz, sauvignon blanc, merlot and chardonnay following the overwhelming success of its first ever planting in 1997.

The Sir Paz Estate Cellar Door is a memorable experience as visitors get to enjoy many of the wines at the estate while unwinding with other wine lovers on the outdoor deck. It is impossible to talk about wines without a befitting accompaniment. There is no better option than the signature Mediterranean Cheeseboard.

In addition to the sweeping views and finesse of the wines, the cellar door tour has the option of tasting and buying vintage wines. The vines are hand picked and pruned to ensure the excellence of each varietal. With minimal filtration and the use of French oak barriques for mature wines, it is easy to see why Sir Paz Estate is a must-visit.
