It features all your favourites: entertainment, a car show, markets, community groups, kids activities, active living, competitions, sustainability, and the Yarra Valley wool and handicraft show, a short walk away.

Celebrate Mooroolbark is their annual autumn festival, showcasing the spirit of our local community. Join us to connect with old and new friends and enjoy the talents and traditions that make Mooroolbark special.

They’re dedicated to creating a festival that reflects the spirit and creativity of Mooroolbark and its surrounding areas.

The festival is open to everyone, and we welcome you to experience the warmth of our community. Together, we celebrate the unique culture and friendly locals that make Mooroolbark special!

Enjoy a day filled with fun activities, local arts and crafts, delicious food, and live entertainment, all proudly supported by the Yarra Ranges Council.

Experience an exciting lineup of free activities, competitions, live entertainment, market stalls, a classic car show, and delicious food and drinks. A full day packed with fun for the entire family!

Celebrate Mooroolbark is an all-day event that runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and entry is free of charge.

Getting Here

The Celebrate Mooroolbark Festival is held in Hookey Park, a short walk from Mooroolbark Station, on Station Street, next to the Mooroolbark Library.

There is ample free parking at Mooroolbark Station.

By Train
Mooroolbark Station is on the Lilydale line, which starts in the Melbourne CBD.

By Bus:
Bus routes include:

  • Route 675 – Chirnside Park Shopping Centre via Manchester Road;
  • Route 680 – Lilydale Train Station via Lilydale East Estate & Lakeview Estate (Swansea and Hull Roads);
